Tactical Inspection Limited were approached by Dales Housing to provide covert camera equipment for the purposes of gathering information for cases ranging from environmental crime - noise, fly tipping; to neighbour disturbances - threats, abusive behaviour, etc.

Tactical Inspection met with us and listened to what we required and provided equipment more than suitable for the service, ensuring integrity by disguising the equipment in a small, hand held case.

The equipment offers high quality visual and noise recording as standard. In fact, on one case, we could even hear the birds tweeting outside in the garden. The quality is of the specification that it picks up all relevant noise and offers the tenant the option of recording on a constant loop for up to 28 days, or make use of a simple button operated system, recording the noise at the time. This system is invaluable for reducing time spent reviewing the evidence had it been operating on a constant loop.

The camera is discreet, with an appearance of a household item, therefore able to be displayed without drawing attention to it.

Finally, the service we received was personal and of a very high customer standard. The team offered and provided a first class customer service, ranging from demonstrations as the product was developing to a full team demonstration upon delivery. Additionally, follow up contact from tactical Inspection demonstrated their after-care service.
